For accurate shipping, be sure your address is correct and current. Please allow 24 hours for processing time before orders are shipped. Any orders processed after that will be shipped 24-48 hours after processing is complete. Due to COVID-19 shipment delays are possible. 

Expected delivery: all orders are shipped standard mail within 5-7 business days after payment is verified. Excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the total at checkout. Shipping costs are based on weight and zip code.

Reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Area? Would you rather pick up your order than have it mailed? We have that option! Simply fill your cart, proceed to checkout and select “IN STORE PICK UP”. After ordering, you will receive your initial order confirmation email. Now allow the 24 hour payment processing time. You will receive an email saying "Your Order is Ready for Pick up" with 2-7 days AFTER you have ordered. Same day pick up is NOT allowed due to payment processing. Please bring Valid I.D. and/or the card used for the order. Your order cannot be picked up by an unauthorized person.

If your order is not picked up in 7 business days, you will be contacted by phone and email, after 8 days your order will be canceled. NO REFUNDS on canceled orders!
